Product Description

Adding a basic film capacitor (induction suppression capacitor) in parallel with the load typically solves the issue. This capacitor’s job is to inhibit high voltages produced by inductive loads from reaching the relay contacts by absorbing them. The lifespan of the relay will also be shortened without this capacitor. Induction may be so bad that it electrically disrupts our controllers’ microprocessor logic, leading relay banks to abruptly shut down or freeze. Customers may suffer a loss of communication in the case of USB relay boards until the device is reconnected to the USB port or even until the power supply is reset. The electrical connection schematic is shown below.
